Salary: $131,600 - $210,300 USD per year

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive technical due diligence to evaluate target organizations' technology stacks.
• Architect and govern integration roadmaps covering identity management, network connectivity, and cloud environments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery involving Operations and Cybersecurity teams across hirify.global and acquired entities.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the acquired entity and internal stakeholders.
• Implement process optimizations and automation, leveraging GenAI to enhance integration efficiency.

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading technology integration for M&A or large-scale technology transformations.
• Expertise in infrastructure, hybrid cloud architectures, and DevOps practices.
