What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four product marketers, setting high standards for craft and outcomes.
• Implement AI-native workflows to accelerate research, competitive synthesis, and content generation.
• Own the segment Strategy Package, including ICP, segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate a single integrated GTM strategy across IAS, QuickBooks Online, and hirify.global Enterprise Suite.
• Position IAS as an AI-native platform to shift accounting practices toward advisory services.
• Utilize data-driven insights from win/loss analysis and buyer research to inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing with a track record of GTM leadership.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of marketers.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI to enhance the quality and speed of marketing output.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills to align senior leaders.
• BA/BS degree; MBA is a plus.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, California

• Familiarity with accounting/tax software, B2B SaaS, ERP, or financial management systems.
• Experience with the accountant and partner channel.
