What you will do

• Review and evaluate AI agent interactions regarding acute symptom triage and escalation decisions.
• Assess clinical accuracy and guideline adherence for insulin and diabetes medication titration.
• Evaluate travel health guidance, including vaccinations and destination-specific risk assessments.
• Identify clinical safety concerns, edge cases, and gaps in triage logic.
• Score agent performance using structured rubrics and provide actionable written feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate with other clinical SMEs in calibration sessions and help develop new test scenarios.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN or Nurse Practitioner license in the United States (NP must have ANCC or AANP board certification).
• Minimum of 5+ years of direct clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or virtual triage.
• Clinical experience managing patients with diabetes and insulin titration.
• Strong knowledge of current triage protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
• Ability to independently evaluate clinical reasoning in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Strong written communication skills for delivering structured clinical feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience in telephone triage or nurse advice line settings.
• Expertise in travel medicine or occupational health (familiarity with CDC guidelines).
• Prior experience in clinical quality assurance or utilization review.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms or AI-assisted clinical tools.
