What you will do

• Write prompts that test nursing judgment in assessment, triage, prioritization, medication administration, and patient education.
• Review AI-generated clinical responses for unsafe steps, incorrect priorities, and protocol errors.
• Rate the quality of clinical reasoning and identify gaps between textbook responses and real bedside care.
• Write accurate corrective answers grounded in current nursing standards and practical experience.

Requirements

• Active or recent experience as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
• Comfort reasoning through patient assessment, medication safety, and care protocols.
• Clear written English required for explaining clinical judgments.
• No degree is required; practical ability and relevant nursing experience are valued.
