Requirements

• Active or recent nursing experience.
• Background as a nurse, registered nurse, or nurse practitioner.
• Practical knowledge of assessment, medication safety, and care protocols.
• Clear written English for explaining clinical reasoning.
• No degree is required; demonstrated nursing expertise is the priority.
