Worker’s Compensation Claims Consultant (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid work across North America (USA/Canada)

Salary: $59,700 – $111,200

What you will do

• Obtain claims status updates from carrier partners.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolution.
• Develop claims management strategies to help clients reduce the cost of claims.
• Provide clients with the necessary information to determine the best claims management approach.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of claims experience, including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM certifications.
