Senior Technical Program Manager (Autonomous Vehicles)

Zoox is developing a full-stack autonomous mobility solution for urban environments.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program plans for compute and sensor software from architecture through production readiness.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, perception, and systems engineering leads to align requirements and milestones.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and schedule conflicts.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and executive-level status reporting.
• Facilitate technical trade-off discussions regarding performance, power, cost, and timeline.
• Establish and evolve program management processes for fast-moving hardware-software programs.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of TPM experience with a track record in programs spanning embedded software and hardware.
• Experience managing complex, long-running, cross-functional projects.
• Deep familiarity with automotive, hardware, or software development processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical risks to senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from Foster City, CA in a hybrid capacity.

• Background in autonomous vehicles, robotics, semiconductors, or automotive systems.
