Software Engineer - Platform Productivity (Go)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP) and CI/CD systems.
• Automate build, release, and deployment processes using 'golden path' techniques.
• Manage application configuration tooling and artifact management systems.
• Collaborate with diverse internal teams, from security to application development, to implement requirements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the health and reliability of platform tooling.
• Develop AI-backed tooling to improve the support and experience of internal users.

Requirements

• Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group delivering services to internal teams.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Crossplane.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration.
• Must be living in Spain time zones.
• Experience or interest in implementing and maintaining observability systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tanka.
• Proficiency in shell scripting.
