What you will do

• Serve as a dedicated technical partner embedded within strategic customer engineering organizations.
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade code and configurations on the hirify.global platform.
• Own the technical success of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for technical strategy.
• Participate in customer engineering rituals, including daily standups and real-time incident response.
• Surface real-world product gaps and edge cases to influence the hirify.global developer platform roadmap.
• Manage strategic technical relationships with senior leadership, including Staff+ engineers, Directors, and VPs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in modern languages such as TypeScript, Rust, or Golang.
• Experience owning mission-critical services with a strong understanding of on-call and operational maturity.
• Broad full-stack architectural depth, from frontend performance to distributed infrastructure.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Must be based in Sweden to maintain a regular on-site presence at customer locations.

Nice to have

• Direct experience building on hirify.global Workers or the hirify.global Developer Platform.
• Previous experience in fast-paced startups or customer-facing engineering roles.
• A visible public technical profile, including open-source contributions, blogging, or speaking engagements.
