What you will do

• Lead business analysis and enhancement of complex financial processes within VA systems.
• Analyze data flows to ensure end-to-end integrity across financial and interfacing systems.
• Elicit and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support functional testing, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop standard operating procedures and artifacts to ensure compliance with federal policy.
• Advise leadership on process re-engineering and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including CGI Momentum expertise in federal domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or 13 years of experience).
• Proven experience with Agile delivery programs and SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to pass a Moderate Background Investigation (MBI).
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with finance, acquisition, and IT stakeholders.
