Contracts Specialist (Legal)

Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia

What you will do

• Perform primary review and validation of executed contracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices.
• Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle for both new business and renewals.
• Draft and edit contracts to align with organizational standards while meeting business and client needs.
• Facilitate changes and adjustments during the drafting and negotiation phases.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and compliance teams to resolve complex or ambiguous contract terms.
• Manage and update agreement terms within the contract management application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, including terms, conditions, and the negotiation process.
• Experience utilizing contract systems or automated software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia for on-site work

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary.
• Direct experience working with contract management.
