Contract Specialist

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Conduct first-pass review and redlining of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and standard services agreements.
• Draft contracts from approved templates and apply established fallback positions.
• Manage contract intake, triage requests, route issues, and coordinate signature packets and post-execution handoffs.
• Maintain contract trackers, templates, playbooks, clause libraries, and complete execution documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to confirm business terms, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Report monthly contract activity metrics and recommend improvements to workflows, templates, and automation.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial contract lifecycles.
• Strong working knowledge of NDAs, vendor agreements, and services contracts.
• Independent experience with high-volume NDA review and redlining.
• Ability to apply playbooks and fallback language and escalate complex or high-risk legal issues appropriately.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, and deadline-management skills.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms such as HelloSign or DocuSign.
