What you will do

• Manage, scale, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to drive sustainable business growth.
• Drive performance across key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Spend, and CTR.
• Generate, prioritize, and test new acquisition hypotheses.
• Collaborate with PMMs and creative teams to enhance ad performance.
• Work with analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve reporting.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in performance metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC).
• Experience with web funnels acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Tableau.
• English: Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applovin, Snap, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Previous experience with mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
