Head of Finance & Operations (Live-streaming)

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the Operations function in partnership with the Head of HR & Operations.
• Own company-wide operating rhythms, including budgeting cycles, planning processes, and KPI/OKR tracking.
• Lead the Finance team, overseeing FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate statutory accounting, tax compliance, and audit readiness within the Ukrainian regulatory environment.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, government bodies, and other external financial stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO regarding business performance and operational risk.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including 2-3 years in a senior leadership role (GM, COO, or similar).
• Strong command of financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Working knowledge of the local regulatory and tax environment in Ukraine.
• Proven ability to lead finance functions and influence adjacent departments like HR and Operations.
• English: C1+ (Excellent) required.
• Ukrainian: Fluent required.
