What you will do

• Provide regular support for key projects including M&A activities, legal entity carve-outs, new product/technology launches, and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver insights and analysis for CFO and CEO decision-making.
• Develop and analyze performance of strategic projects, supervising calculations and relevance to investment strategy.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax and financing structuring.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, coordinate information flows, and cooperate with internal teams, HQ, consultants, and investment companies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance.
• 5+ years of experience (preferably in Telco, Big Four, Investment sectors) with deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, models, business plans.
• Practical experience preparing presentation materials for management and HQ.
• Advanced/fluent English.
• Experience in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users, and HQ representatives.
