Head of Finance M&A Strategic Projects

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Support buy-side and sell-side M&A activities, legal entity carve-outs, new product and technology launches, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare financial and investment insights for CFO and CEO decision-making.
• Develop and analyze the performance of strategic projects.
• Supervise project calculations and assess alignment with the company’s investment strategy.
• Build financial models and conduct valuation, tax structuring, and financing structuring analyses.
• Manage daily project execution, information flows, and collaboration with HQ, consultants, investment companies, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in telecommunications, Big Four, or investment sectors.
• Deep knowledge of financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans, and investment documents.
• Experience preparing management and HQ presentation materials.
• Advanced or fluent English required.
• Experience negotiating with clients, financial institutions, internal users, and HQ representatives.
