What you will do

• Provide functional and technical leadership across finance processes and initiatives.
• Establish and improve finance methodologies, reporting standards, planning principles, internal policies, and financial controls across entities, projects, and business models.
• Define management reporting, planning frameworks, financial metrics, allocation principles, assumptions, and modelling logic.
• Own reporting quality, period-end close, consolidated results, data alignment, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause resolution of systemic data issues.
• Drive standardization, automation, finance transformation, and scalable finance process design, including ERP and financial system requirements.
• Analyze financial performance and assess the impact of new products, business models, and strategic initiatives through scenarios and business cases.

Requirements

• Experience leading finance-related processes and initiatives across multiple entities or business models.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, financial controls, and business modelling.
• Ability to define accounting treatment for complex transactions and ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable standards.
• Experience with consolidated reporting, period-end close, data governance, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to define finance requirements for ERP and other financial systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, including collaboration with business, technology, legal, and tax teams.
