What you will do

• Conduct market research, track trends, and scout M&A opportunities to enhance competitive positions.
• Build networks, engage targets, and develop business cases with synergy analysis and valuations.
• Lead M&A projects across all stages: sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration.
• Analyze risks, advise management, prepare presentations and transaction documents.
• Manage internal/external consultant teams and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• At least 3 years in energy projects, investment banking, private equity, M&A consulting, or venture capital.
• Strong quantitative skills, cash flow modeling, valuations, and accounting knowledge.
• Solid project management with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity.
