M&A Manager (M&A)

What you will do

• Research markets, valuation trends, and fundamentals in relevant sectors.
• Scout M&A opportunities and engage potential targets for acquisitions or strategic partnerships.
• Build business cases, assess synergies, perform company valuations, and analyze transaction risks.
• Lead M&A projects across sourcing, negotiations, due diligence, closing, and initial post-merger integration.
• Prepare management presentations, memos, teasers, term sheets, and SPA-related transaction documents.
• Coordinate internal and external consultants and ensure compliance with project procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in energy projects, investment banking, private equity, M&A transaction consulting, or venture capital.
• Strong quantitative, cash flow modelling, valuation, and accounting skills.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• High personal integrity, ethical standards, and sound judgment.
• Fluent English required.
