Finance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end finance operations across multiple entities, including billing, accounts receivable and payable, contracting, and intercompany processes.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow forecasting while explaining performance against plan.
• Develop management reporting, KPI dashboards, and analysis for leadership.
• Partner with delivery and operations leaders on profitability, pricing, rate reviews, cost planning, hiring plans, clients, and investments.
• Design and maintain internal controls, finance policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead finance automation and AI adoption by identifying opportunities, building tools, and validating AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance operations, controlling, FP&A, or audit, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, accrual accounting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Regular practical use of AI tools in finance, with demonstrable examples and a clear output-validation approach.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including financial modeling, plus strong business partnering and communication skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is required.

Nice to have

• ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or software companies.
• Experience improving finance processes or leading automation projects with measurable results.
• Experience in global, multi-entity organizations across several jurisdictions.
• Experience building internal tools with no-code platforms, scripts, or AI coding assistants.
