What you will do

• Prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline within the EIMEA region.
• Grow OEM and distributor accounts to expand market presence.
• Lead proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations for new launches.
• Research market trends, identify leads, and analyze competitor activity.
• Collaborate with regional sales and technical teams to deliver adhesive solutions.
• Travel 30–50% across EIMEA and occasionally to the US.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Direct experience in the roofing market.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-site accounts.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Valid work authorization in the hiring country.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Nice to have

• Background in adhesives or construction materials.
• OEM or distribution experience within building products.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
• Experience driving revenue growth in matrixed organizational environments.
