What you will do

• Lead key projects associated with fraud detection, risk analysis, and loss mitigation.
• Design, create, and execute control strategies through complex analytical rule development and maintenance.
• Develop and refine risk strategy frameworks and deploy automated monitoring rules to respond to evolving risk trends.
• Build complex SQL/Python scripts and performance dashboards in Tableau for diagnostic analytics.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to capture risk signals and determine treatment strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional execution across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end fraud risk control strategy within eCommerce or online payments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for wrangling complex data and storytelling.
• Experience applying AI and LLMs via APIs to design prompts and automate data science pipelines.
• Expertise in experimental design, onboarding fraud typologies, and data/control governance.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
