What you will do

• Manage inventory control, receiving, and issuing materials under proper authorization.
• Perform visual inspections of received materials for quality and quantity.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, hoists, and overhead cranes.
• Use computer terminals and materials management systems for record-keeping.
• Prepare and pack materials for shipment, including hazardous materials.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels through cycle counts and discrepancy adjustments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Must be based in Fort Wayne, IN.

Nice to have

• Construction experience.
• Heavy equipment operation experience.
