What you will do

• Research and publish premium thought leadership, including white papers, ebooks, and benchmark reports.
• Conduct interviews with customers and industry experts to develop original insights and compelling narratives.
• Translate proprietary research and market data into engaging, data-backed content.
• Develop high-value content assets to support Account-Based Experience (ABX) initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Content team to repurpose flagship content across multiple channels.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research and drafting while maintaining an authentic editorial voice.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in journalism, editorial, or long-form content.
• Must permanently and currently reside in the United States.
• Proven ability to conduct original research and translate complex data into business narratives.
• Expertise in creating B2B content such as benchmark reports and case studies.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or English preferred.
• Experience using AI tools for research and content development.
