What you will do

• Build strong relationships with core product customers in the Digital Native segment and support new logo accounts in Spain.
• Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, design, and implementation of the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to grow the Databricks community in the region.
• Engage customers in technical sales and communicate complex technical value propositions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Madrid region (commutable distance for hybrid work).
• Language: Business proficiency in both Spanish and English required.
• Proficiency in coding with Python and SQL, and a willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on expertise with Big Data Analytics technologies and public cloud platforms.
• Experience in use case discovery, scoping, and delivering complex solution architecture designs.
• Flexibility to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, events, and trainings.
