What you will do

• Embed directly within client teams to design and ship systems based on actual operational workflows.
• Develop production-grade Python code for AI integrations, backend services, and RESTful APIs (Flask, Django, FastAPI).
• Design, build, and optimize production RAG systems and agentic AI solutions.
• Own the full technical direction and architectural decisions, including microservices vs monolith and SQL vs NoSQL.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, presenting architecture and managing scope.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and contribute to the company's blueprint library.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and running production systems.
• Hands-on production experience with RAG systems and LLM-based agentic workflows.
• Proficiency in Python (OOP, design patterns) and backend frameworks (Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI).
• Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS) or GCP.
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock.
• English: B2+ level for collaboration across distributed, multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences verticals.
• Presales experience including cost estimation and cloud architecture optimization.
• Background in consulting or professional services.
• Knowledge of React, Vue, Streamlit, or Gradio.
• AWS or Claude Code certifications.
