Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

What you will do
- Design polished, high-impact sales proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks for prospective and existing clients.
- Translate complex campaign strategies, audience insights, and performance data into clear, executive-ready visuals.
- Build and maintain scalable proposal templates and master slides in Google Slides.
- Create concept mockups and creative visualizations to generate stakeholder buy-in for campaign ideas.
- Utilize AI design tools for image generation and smart layouts to accelerate ideation and output.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, and Client Services to elevate the pitch narrative through design.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or sales enablement environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality proposal and pitch deck design for executive audiences.
- Expert proficiency in Google Slides, including template creation and master slide management.
- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and commercial storytelling.
- Ability to produce high-quality work at high volume and speed under tight deadlines.
- Location: Must be based in Canada
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
