What you will do

• Plan and execute change projects from current state to target solution.
• Manage allocated resources (hirify.global, client, third party) and provide high-level visibility and progress reporting.
• Actively engage and manage key stakeholders, including senior executives.
• Drive assigned initiatives professionally, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate across change initiatives to ensure integration and alignment.
• Provide thought leadership regarding the future of payment and retail banking.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of card/payments products and the surrounding ecosystem.
• Management consultancy background with the ability to build client trust.
• Proven experience driving business and technical payment projects end-to-end.
• Experience liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Fluent in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
• Proficiency in delivery techniques and methodologies, specifically Waterfall and Agile.
