What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities and track progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Lead onsite operations and coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Implement and monitor project processes, collaborating with clients to drive improvements.
• Facilitate key project meetings to resolve problems and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Review proposed variations and delays in the works.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Degree or equivalent experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• PMP certification or active pursuit of one.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
