What you will do

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation activities through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Analyze current business processes and document future-state solutions and workflow maps.
• Support ServiceNow implementations and optimizations for ITSM, Case Management, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect tracking to ensure solution validity.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to drive user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience specifically supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• Proven expertise in documenting business processes, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Experience managing UAT and coordinating solution validation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL

Nice to have

• ServiceNow, ITIL Foundation, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certifications.
• Experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., Employee Center).
• Background working in government or public-sector environments.
• Experience with business process improvement methodologies.
