What you will do

• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, users, and delivery teams to define requirements, objectives, and success metrics.
• Analyze current processes and translate business needs into solutions, specifications, user stories, use cases, and system updates.
• Refine backlogs, prioritize work, and support story creation across product and delivery teams.
• Facilitate communication, consensus, and alignment among business, IT, leadership, clients, and technical staff.
• Develop deep knowledge of system functionality and business rules to support project and operational work.
• Resolve support issues and drive process, product, and delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operational Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
• Experience with test management platforms.
