Salary: $154,000–$208,500 base pay per year, with potential eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end budgets for key Technology executives, including analysis, insight development, and executive presentations.
• Lead forecasting, resource planning, and financial management for approximately $3B in Technology investments.
• Forecast Technology headcount across hirify.global in partnership with business leaders, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Partner with senior Technology leaders to anticipate resource needs and manage strategic initiatives.
• Deliver structured, data-driven analyses to support business outcomes and investment decisions.
• Design and improve financial and operational processes while leading organizational change.

Requirements

• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Ability to present concise financial narratives and recommendations to senior executives.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.
• Ability to lead resource planning, headcount forecasting, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Ability to mentor team members and drive consistent investment management practices.
