What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project milestones are reached.
• Monitor project progress and provide status reports to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation and track project expenditures and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
