Senior Frontend Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop new features for the Card platform, including Trends & Insights, engagement improvements, and reward redemptions.
• Own frontend development end-to-end, from design collaboration to testing and deployment.
• Expand and improve test automation coverage using Playwright.
• Implement observability and A/B testing using Amplitude and Datadog to identify and surface product gaps.
• Proactively propose improvements to the product and raise the overall quality bar of the frontend codebase.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and the ability to build modular, reusable components.
• Proficiency with Playwright or a comparable E2E test automation framework.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Amplitude) and frontend observability (e.g., Datadog).
• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to identify gaps and bring proactive proposals.

Nice to have

• Track record of leading features end-to-end in collaboration with Product, Design, and backend hirify.globalers.
• Experience writing technical documentation or planning bug-bashes.
