What you will do

• Build and maintain the foundation of consumer-facing web applications used by millions of customers.
• Provide shared platform capabilities that help product teams deliver features quickly and reliably.
• Drive technical initiatives across architecture, developer experience, observability, performance, and security.
• Improve engineering workflows, code quality, and long-term platform maintainability.
• Design and refine AI-agent workflows and internal tooling for agentic software development.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience building consumer-facing frontend applications with TypeScript and React.
• Experience on a platform or infrastructure engineering team supporting a shared codebase used by multiple product teams.
• Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex for real feature and pull-request work.
• Ability to lead technical projects and improvements across an engineering organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.

Nice to have

• Experience in larger engineering organizations with complex processes and cross-team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of browser rendering behavior and optimization strategies.
