What you will do

• Lead six to ten teams of installers, plumbers, electricians, and technical surveyors.
• Plan and coordinate installation projects across the assigned areas.
• Ensure installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to agreed plans.
• Provide on-site support, join installations when required, and deliver team training.
• Use Excel, PowerPoint, Heat Engineer, HubSpot, Outlook, and Teams for planning and administration.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Expert experience installing air-source heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and radiators.
• Gas Safe qualifications and relevant gas qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 plumbing or equivalent.
• WRAS qualifications and experience with unvented hot water systems under Part G.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, with flexibility to support the team outside these hours when needed.
• Confidence using technology for operational planning and administration.

Nice to have

• Previous experience leading others.
• NVQ Level 3 plumbing or equivalent.
• Level 3 heat pump system design.
• F-Gas Category 1.
