What you will do
- Curate, store, measure, and distribute digital product and application data to customers.
- Create customer files and reports covering product and application information.
- Collect product attributes from company systems, engineering drawings, and other data management resources.
- Ensure content is stored in customer-approved standards and formats and distributed according to established schedules.
- Analyze publication requests, support data investigations, and respond to customer audits and file rejections.
- Support application gap reporting and improve business processes for greater speed, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficient English communication skills.
- Two to three years of experience in data management preferred.
- Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of PIM or relational database systems.
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of information and extract key data, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Automotive aftermarket experience.
- Knowledge of ACES and PIES industry standards.
