What you will do

• Ensure core product data elements are delivered on time and meet established SLA targets.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing high-quality support for vehicle valuation data.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to resolve issues and align on regional data requirements.
• Prepare, update, and maintain amortization and depreciation curves for vehicle pricing in the CEE region.
• Classify and integrate new vehicles into the internal database with high precision.

Requirements

• Native speaker of Czech or Slovak.
• Confident English language skills.
• Strong data inputting and quality control capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with macro writing.
• Automotive industry experience or strong interest in the sector.
