What you will do

• Lead complex requirements analysis and design SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Configure SAP solutions and align them with business processes and requirements.
• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives across Sales and Planning.
• Facilitate workshops, support decision-making, and influence solution direction.
• Lead functional streams in large transformation programs, including the greenfield S/4HANA program.
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional issues and ensure delivery quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash environments.
• Strong experience in solution design, SAP configuration, and business process mapping.
• Solid understanding of integrations with eCommerce platforms, credit card solutions, EDI, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with SAP, CRM, BI, S&OP, SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, Signavio, and ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration, SAP Logistics Execution, or other SAP modules.
• German, Polish, or Chinese language skills.
