Model Portfolio Specialist, Vice President (Asset & Wealth Management)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States

Salary: $100,000–$230,000 annual base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Drive growth of Model Portfolio solutions across independent, wire, and RIA channels.
• Provide expertise on whole-portfolio solutions and multi-asset portfolio construction.
• Identify and directly cover high-potential financial advisor opportunities.
• Present investment solutions through client meetings, in-person events, and digital events.
• Work with technology platform partners to guide advisors at the point of sale.
• Use data and digital tools to target opportunities and communicate investment thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFP, CIMA, or CFA preferred.
• Practical knowledge of investments and portfolio construction.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience working with financial advisors and model portfolios.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with turnkey asset management platforms and the model portfolio industry.
• Strong organization, prioritization, independent working, follow-through, and teamwork skills.
