What you will do

• Lead client servicing, distribution, and business development efforts for LGIM America.
• Translate firm capabilities, investment views, and market context into clear, client-relevant messaging.
• Build and deepen partnerships with key decision-makers to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Identify, design, and implement new investment strategies across portfolio management capabilities.
• Mentor junior staff and lead training initiatives to develop strategic thinking.
• Oversee implementation changes and navigate risk monitoring and portfolio modeling systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Broad knowledge of investment products, investment analytics, and the client lifecycle.
• Expert ability to tailor client communications within a structured framework.
• Demonstrated success in evolving and expanding client relationships.
• Must be based in Chicago for a hybrid work arrangement.
