Client Engagement Specialist, Trading Expert (Crypto)

Location: Remote in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, or Peru. The role requires English fluency and availability to work evenings and weekends, likely aligned with North America/EU working hours.

What you will do

• Answer client questions about trading, futures, consumer products, hirify.global Desktop, and crypto deposits and withdrawals through Zendesk, email, and potentially Telegram.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across trading and related products.
• Explain fees, margin levels, profit and loss calculations, and other trading metrics.
• Test new trading features and provide feedback before release.
• Support quality assurance, training-material improvements, and Confluence documentation updates.
• Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade attacks.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service with a strong record of delivering high-quality client support.
• Experience using trading platforms for digital or traditional assets, preferably advanced trading platforms.
• Knowledge of trading, charting, and leveraged trading through futures or margin products.
• Good mathematical skills and the ability to learn and adapt quickly as products change.
• Fluent English and availability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of the crypto industry, including market trends and community culture.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Script.
• Experience with hirify.global's platform API or similar platforms.
• French, German, or Spanish in addition to English.
• Data analytics experience.
