What you will do

• Resolve trading, futures, and hirify.global desktop inquiries via Zendesk, email, and Telegram.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to crypto deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide detailed calculation breakdowns for fees, margin levels, and P/L explanations.
• Test and provide feedback for new trading features prior to their release to clients.
• Support team management by performing QA for other specialists and updating training materials.
• Monitor trading activity to detect fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in professional customer service (retail, hospitality, or call centers).
• Hands-on experience with digital asset trading platforms and advanced trading tools.
• Strong understanding of charting and leveraged trading (Futures and Margin).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends aligned with North America/EU time zones.
• Solid mathematical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving products.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in the crypto industry, market trends, and community culture.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Script.
• Experience with trading APIs.
• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
• Additional data analytics skills or experience.
