TL;DR
Trading Operations Associate (Fintech): Supporting enterprise clients with order entry, trade execution, FIX sessions, OMS functionality, and corporate actions with an accent on brokerage operations, trading services, and regulatory compliance. Focus on monitoring client activity, resolving complex trading and technical issues, identifying operational risks, and coordinating with trading desks, IT, compliance, and product teams.
Location: Remote - West Coast

What you will do
- Support enterprise-level clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate and resolve issues involving account management, order entry, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality.
- Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies and provide timely alerts and guidance.
- Monitor corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, and mergers.
- Collaborate with trading operations, IT, compliance, and product teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- Ensure trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and proactively address operational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field.
- Experience in customer support, relationship management, trading services, trading platforms, and equities trading.
- Familiarity with FIX protocol and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, or a local equivalent, with willingness to obtain the required license within the first six months.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
