What you will do

• Build and optimize internal AI tools for sales pipeline analysis, customer intelligence, and operational reporting.
• Develop AI agents utilizing semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, transcripts, and CRM data.
• Implement and manage AI infrastructure using vector databases, MCP, and RAG.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and executive leadership to support business decision-making.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled technical solutions.
• Drive AI adoption and AI-first thinking throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI automation and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Cline.
• Basic coding skills in Python or a strong motivation to learn quickly.
• Experience with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.
• English and Russian proficiency required.
• Must be based in Europe.
