What you will do

• Analyze existing SAS queries and SAS Query Builder logic inherited over several years.
• Translate complex SAS logic into optimized SQL and Python solutions for ADP.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines within Azure Synapse and cloud data environments.
• Collaborate with a senior team to ensure high-performance data migration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Strong SQL and Python development skills, including mandatory expertise in query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse and cloud data environments.
• Proven ability to analyze and migrate legacy SAS logic to modern tech stacks.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Lisbon, Portugal.
