Senior Data Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop data engineering solutions for banking and financial services operations.
• Build and maintain big data systems using Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Hive, Python, SQL, Linux, and Oracle.
• Implement and support CI/CD practices across data development workflows.
• Optimize system performance and improve the efficiency of data solutions.
• Collaborate with an international and distributed team.
• Share knowledge and contribute to innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• More than 9 years of experience in a similar data engineering role.
• Strong experience with Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Hive, Python, SQL, Linux, and Oracle.
• Solid big data development and CI/CD experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps, Git, XL Release, and XL Deploy.
• English at minimum B2 level is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization and performance improvements.
• Knowledge of French.
