TL;DR
UX/UI Designer (Web & Mobile): Creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms with an accent on user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design. Focus on building scalable design systems and optimizing user journeys to improve conversion and engagement.
Location: Remote (Must be based in South Africa or Kenya). Working hours must align with U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavior analysis to translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
- Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure cross-product consistency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation through organized developer handoffs.
- Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and conversion flows based on A/B testing and analytics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design.
- Must be based in South Africa or Kenya.
- Ability to work during U.S. Business Hours.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, wireframes, and polished UI work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, mobile applications, or e-commerce products.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with user behavior tools like Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics.
- Experience working in Agile or sprint-based product teams.
