TL;DR
Middle UX/UI Designer (UX/UI): Designing intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for digital products in the beverages and distribution sector with an accent on user research and business requirement alignment. Location: Hybrid in Santiago, Chile (Must reside in Santiago or be willing to relocate locally)

What you will do
- Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and end-to-end user journeys.
- Lead discovery phases, gathering functional requirements and aligning them with business goals.
- Conduct fieldwork to gather real-user insights, validate ideas, and iterate based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
- Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma (or similar) and project tracking in Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and conduct discovery to deliver high-value solutions.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams under Agile methodologies.
- Must reside in Santiago, Chile, or be willing to relocate locally.

- Experience working on field-research or service design projects for retail or logistics/distribution environments.
