Salary: $140,000 - $205,700 annually

What you will do

• Perform high fidelity modeling and simulation of satellites, aircraft, and ISR sensor suites for government and commercial customers.
• Architect studies and trades of aerospace systems and their payloads.
• Instantiate complex vignettes and conduct ISR study efforts.
• Develop standalone engineering tools and scripts for data analysis.
• Perform detailed Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) checks on simulation inputs and results.
• Present findings and analysis to senior-level decision-makers and customers.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills to quickly update models and scenarios.
• Ability to work both independently and in team environments.

Nice to have

• Coursework in astrodynamics, remote sensing, spacecraft design, aerospace systems operations, CFD, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in developing tools using Python, MATLAB, and Excel.
• Experience with the software implementation of complex mathematical algorithms.
