Data Integrity Administrator

What you will do

• Approve new parts and identify the correct product line, manufacturer SKU, item group, and UNSPSC code.
• Create service parts, enterprise variants, manufacturer IDs, and product line IDs in the relevant systems.
• Build bills of materials for sales order entry.
• Support sales representatives with part creation and order-processing activities.
• Perform data cleanup and resolve product-data issues in collaboration with sales, accounting, and product specialists.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting IT systems.
• Strong computer skills and basic proficiency across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and OneNote.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, troubleshooting, judgment, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
