Location: On-site in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States. The role follows a four-day shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekends. Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or foreign nationals with refugee or asylee status. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.

Salary: $20–$24 per hour, approximately $3,464–$4,156 per month.

What you will do

• Clean, cure, and remove resin from additive-manufactured parts of various sizes.
• Submerge platforms in chemical solutions, spray parts with water or air, remove parts from platforms, and remove support structures using appropriate tools.
• Maintain a resin-free, clean, and safe Solvent Lab, including equipment, tools, workstations, floors, and waste areas.
• Count parts, verify order quantities and customer specifications, and report quality or quantity issues.
• Use computer systems, checklists, measuring instruments, and calculators to process order information.
• Follow safety and quality procedures, use required PPE, maintain inventory, and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, communication, punctuality, and ability to focus for extended periods.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Ability to safely use sharp tools, rotary tools, abrasives, cutters, and other hand tools.
• Ability to perform precise hand movements, basic arithmetic, computer and calculator tasks, and use scales and calipers.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment, wear required PPE, and lift or move up to 70 pounds.
