Compensation: $44,430–$65,164 plus discretionary bonuses

What you will do

• Operate chemical dispensing and packaging processes according to strict safety protocols.
• Manage shipping and receiving functions, including offloading raw materials and loading finished products.
• Perform month-end reconciliation for finished products and packaging materials.
• Process paperwork and interact with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate material flow.
• Identify and report process inefficiencies or operational problems.
• Assist in updating work instructions and procedures for the area.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of previous manufacturing or shipping experience.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with required overtime.
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols.
• Experience with forklift operation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Lotus Notes.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
